Many people would like to practice Zen in an authentic manner, but live in an area where there is no access to a teacher, or they cannot move to be near a Zen center.
LZT understands this predicament and has created a remedy whereby one can practice as well as study Zen using long-distance means, such as phone and internet. These methods have been proven and perfected for many years. Any sincere student with commitment and steady practice should soon be able to realize substantial progress.

Zen is two things: meditation and sweeping the garden. It doesn't matter how big your garden is.
(Oda Sessô Rôshi)
When the student is ready, the master appears. There is nothing more effective for continuing the journey than to find a teacher and join a sangha or community. Your garden awaits.
